Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Capitalised terms used but not defined in a specific clause carry the meaning assigned in this section.

Access to and use of the hud4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during the period of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hud4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with the responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed, localised, and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited under local law is not permitted and is entirely at the user's own risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to contract are not eligible to hold a hud4d Account.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in a nominee's name — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from hud4d or from any affiliated gaming platform are not eligible to register a new Account until the self-exclusion period has formally lapsed and the exclusion has been lifted in writing by hud4d's support team.

To access the full range of hud4d services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, and a valid email address. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hud4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hud4d Support immediately via the live chat facility. hud4d will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account to prevent further unauthorised activity.
• KYC Verification: hud4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your KTP (national identity card) and proof of payment method ownership — at any point. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to hud4d's satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to any other individual is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on the hud4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hud4d supports deposits and withdrawals through the following verified local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Members must transfer the exact amount specified, including any unique verification code appended to the transfer amount, to ensure automated processing.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt under normal operating conditions. During periods of scheduled bank maintenance (common with BCA and BRI on weekend nights), processing may take up to 10 minutes.
• hud4d does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in the Member's own legal name, consistent with the name on the hud4d Account.
• hud4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's verified legal name. hud4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Verified withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Nyepi.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the withdrawal interface. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified Members in good standing, subject to fraud-prevention review for unusually large single transactions.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Members must fully meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal request will be honoured against a bonus-originated balance.
• hud4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to temporarily hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours pending satisfactory completion of that review.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on the hud4d Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots) are published within each respective product lobby and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only confirmed and binding once the Platform has issued a confirmation message or bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation from being issued, the wager will be treated as void and the staked amount returned to the Member's Balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. hud4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Void Bets: hud4d reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours, or affected by a technical error that materially impacted the integrity of the market. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's Account Balance in full.
• Erroneous Odds: Where odds are published in error due to a human or systems fault, hud4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts. hud4d will not be liable for profits generated as a result of erroneously published odds.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets on sporting events — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia internationals — are subject to brief suspension windows during which bets may not be placed. Decisions made by in-play market traders are final.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the combined odds to be paid. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator recalculates across the remaining valid legs. Minimum leg counts for mix parlay eligibility are specified within the sportsbook interface.
• Game Integrity: All slot and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. hud4d does not intervene in or manipulate game outcomes.

hud4d regularly offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback incentives, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, Indonesian Independence Day, and others). The following general terms govern all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a turnover requirement), which specifies the number of times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is published alongside each promotion. As a general guide, live casino games and sportsbook wagers at odds below the minimum threshold may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or for which the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion's specific terms expressly permit stacking, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorisation constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Abuse and Collusion: hud4d reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other Members.
• hud4d's Discretion: hud4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being wagered in compliance with the applicable terms.

hud4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of adult entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. hud4d provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account settings panel. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days after the increase request is submitted.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders that display a notification after a chosen period of continuous play. hud4d recommends setting a session reminder of no more than 60 minutes for recreational players.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked, no deposits are accepted, and no promotional communications are sent.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays cumulative session spend and win/loss summaries to help Members maintain an accurate picture of their gambling activity.

All content on the hud4d Platform — including but not limited to the hud4d brand name, logo, design language, software code, user interface elements, game graphics supplied under licence from third-party studios, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hud4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from hud4d is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game content is made available on the Platform under licence from the respective game studios. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the originating studios.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hud4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gambling.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Operating automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any form of software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without hud4d's prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's pricing, odds, or game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Members in live casino games, poker rooms, or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or extract guaranteed profits.
• Attempting to circumvent hud4d's responsible gaming controls, self-exclusion systems, or KYC verification requirements.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward hud4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim promotional bonuses more than once.

hud4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Registration data (name, date of birth, email address, phone number) is collected at sign-up and used for Account management, KYC verification, and fraud prevention.
• Financial transaction data is retained for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• hud4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit and bcrypt hashing for stored passwords. No payment card data is stored directly on hud4d's servers — all card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
• hud4d does not sell, rent, or lease Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hud4d excludes liability for the following:

• Service Interruptions: hud4d is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network disruptions.
• Third-Party Game Errors: hud4d is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect payout calculations originating within third-party game software supplied by licensed studios. Such disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process of the relevant studio and, where applicable, their regulatory bodies.
• Member Losses: hud4d is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. All wagers are placed at the Member's own risk and discretion. The outcome of gambling is inherently uncertain, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
• Indirect and Consequential Loss: Under no circumstances will hud4d be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if hud4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this clause limits hud4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Member's Account at any time:

• Member-initiated closure: A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting hud4d Support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 to 15 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
• hud4d-initiated closure: hud4d may suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of any provision of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or if hud4d determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to the Member's own welfare.
• Effect of termination: Upon closure of an Account, the Member's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All pending bonus balances are forfeited upon closure, regardless of the reason for termination. The Member's obligation to repay any negative balance or outstanding debt to hud4d survives termination.

hud4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hud4d will notify Members by posting a prominently dated notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on file.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no sooner than 7 calendar days after the notice is posted, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory obligation, in which case they take effect at the time of posting.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hud4d is licensed and incorporated internationally.

hud4d operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. The Platform is designed and marketed for use by Indonesian residents. Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legislative development, and that compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations is the Member's own responsibility.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Member and hud4d Support shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in the English language under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
